1. Go home and practice the letter names and the sounds they make.
2. Try sounding out words and reading/speaking Spanish with a pen in your mouth.
3. Practice introducing yourself with the phrases we learned in class.
Week 2: October 11
1. Go to Cody's Cuentos- La Gallina Roja found on the Listening page of the wiki.
2. Download the audio and listen to the story while looking at the text.
3. Read the text to yourself with a pen in your mouth.
4. Go to the library and check out a Spanish children's book to practice reading.
Week 3: October 18
1. Go to Cody's Cuentos and listen to La Gaillina Roja again.
2. Practice reading it by yourself with a pen in your mouth.
3. Try reading it with the speaker on the downloaded podcast.
Week 4: October 25
1. Practice conjugating -ar verbs that we practiced in class
2. Practice the story of Chema y Emma and go to Cody's Cuentos to listen to the story.
3. Practice the food/shopping words we learned in class by adding them to your shopping list.
4. Visit the websites on the vocab page and practice saying the words.
